** IMPORTANT NOTE – MAY 2017 BANK HOLIDAY DEADLINES AND RELOCATION OF PORTSMOUTH BRANCH ** 

PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THE FOLLOWING BANK HOLIDAY DEADLINES: 

PORTSMOUTH BRANCH & SUBMISSION OF TIMESHEET: 

Please DO NOT, therefore, submit timesheets directly to the branch. 

Timesheets should be sent by email to wages@a24group.com or posted to our Head Office address (as detailed on your timesheets). 

Please also take note of the following: 

1. SELF-BOOKINGS 

Please ensure that if you are self-booked for shifts you IMMEDIATELY let your Booking Consultant know the relevant details.  Failure to do so may delay your payment as the shift information will not be on our booking system for our checks. 

2. PROMPT SUBMISSION OF TIMESHEETS

To prevent your payment being delayed please submit your timesheets within 2 weeks of shift completion as stated on your timesheet. 

3. CLEAR EMAIL TIMESHEETS – PHOTOGRAPHED TIMESHEETS ARE NOT AN ACCEPTABLE FORMAT

Timesheets must be scanned & emailed as an attachment – WE DO NOT ACCEPT PHOTOGRAPHED TIMESHEETS. To ensure prompt payment on a Friday, clear and correctly authorised and completed timesheets must be received by the payroll department by the usual deadlines.
