Activate your registration work with the UK’s best

Season’s Greetings; we’d love to work with you

To all agency staff in the process of completing your registration:

We have a large influx of nursing shifts in all specialties coming in on a regular basis, and your profile is only a few steps away from being active. Here is a guide to activating your registration and getting the opportunity to supplement your income by taking on additional shifts.

Compliance Passport: take control and maximise your earning potential

With a healthy compliance status, you can confidently embrace the Festive Season and new year, knowing that you're well-positioned to take advantage of new work opportunities. The Compliance Passport feature in Staffshift makes it easy for you to manage your status. Here’s how the Compliance Passport works.

Have you forgotten your Staffshift password?

To login to Staffshift or the Staffshift app, you will need your email address and the password that you selected during your initial registration.

Not sure what it is? Use this guide to reset your password.

Complete your Staffshift profile

Meeting our compliance requirements means sending us your supporting documents. The most efficient method for submitting your documents is through our Staffshift Web platform (you can use your mobile device, but please access Staffshift via your internet browser - not the app). You can also send your documents to our compliance team via WhatsApp chat number 0772 3559 602

Add Supporting Documents to your Staffshift Profile

To be assessed and cleared to work with our clients across the UK, you need to provide a few critical documents to prove your eligibility to shifts. Please gather these documents:

  • Your right to work documentation

  • Proof of your professional qualification

  • DBS, PVG or Police clearance documentation

  • Vaccination History

  • Proof of NMC Registration

  • And your most current and updated CV

Once gathered, upload these to Staffshift in the “Documents” tab within “My details”. Need guidance?

Remember that you can use our Compliance Passport on Staffshift to guide you with regards to your outstanding requirements.

Your registration is confirmed, next up, you need to attend an interview

Here's how the A24Group interview process works. The A24Group uses tech to make things easy and efficient for you. Here’s how to use Microsoft Teams for your interview

Please ensure you have the required supporting documents on hand and have a copy of the appropriate Interview Confirmation Form ready.

Send us your confirmation after your interview

Once you have completed your interview, you will need to sign and return the Interview Confirmation Form to our team to progress to the next stage. Please look at this article on how to upload documents for additional support. Alternatively, return the signed form via WhatsApp chat 0772 3559 602

How long does it take to start working?

As an ethical recruiter, we believe in doing things right, the first time. The quality and completeness of the information you provide when you register, in collaboration with our smart tech and dedicated teams, working around the clock, makes the process as efficient as possible.

Login to www.staffshift.com or the Staffshift App and check your Compliance Passport. Your Compliance Passport was designed to help you manage your career and maximise your earning potential.
