A24Group offers you the freedom to work in temporary positions when and where you choose, at fair rates of pay. Many staff choose to work with us on a temporary basis to meet family commitments - or they want extra work, in addition to a full-time position, perhaps working over weekends or during holidays.
Through our investment in advanced ICT, we are able to offer staff more direct control of their work-life balance by providing a personal on-line work diary through our Staffshift portal. This enables staff to alert us to their availability on a continuing basis. You will always have the opportunity to accept or decline work and we take into account fully your preferences, such as in respect of location and the type of position you want.
