Bank Holiday Deadlines – 2024 Christmas and 2025 New Year Holiday period
For the upcoming Christmas and New Year bank holiday periods, we have made some changes to our timesheet submission deadline and phone call opening hours.
Therefore, please make sure your timesheets arrive at the head office either by post to 92-96 Lind Road, Sutton, SM1 4PL or by email to: wages@a24group.com by the following dates:
Christmas period
• 10:00 am Friday 20th December for weekending 22/12/2024 to ensure payment on Friday 27th December.
New Year period
• Midday Friday 27th December for weekending 29/12/2024 to ensure payment on Friday 3rd January.
Return to usual service
• Midday Monday 6th January for weekending 05/01/2025 to ensure payment on Friday 10th January.
Payroll phone line opening hours are as follows:
We will be back to normal opening hours from Thursday, 2nd January 2025 (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 09:00 to 17:00, Friday 09:00 to 16:00, & closed on Wednesday).
Please note that the bank holiday hours and rates can be different for each client. We strongly suggest that you double check with your consultant to ensure you are aware when you will be paid bank holiday rate.
