RTW (right to work)
UK & Irish Citizens
Please provide evidence of RTW upon registration. We recommend that you keep us updated with your latest proof of RTW.
New uIDentify - Digital ID
Complete your RTW effortlessly with the New uIDentify - Digital ID verification service.
This is a new secure service, approved by the home office available to all British and Irish citizens holding a valid passport.
How does it work?
You will be provided a link with temporary access to a secure Application (Android & iOS) that you will be able to download on your personal mobile phone (This information does not get stored on your mobile device once the validation is completed).
The app will prompt further actions that will allow you to:
Validate your passport authenticity
Check your Liveliness

Request a digital ID link from your consultant via WhatsApp or Email.
Foreign Nationals (BRP card holders or EU settlement status holders)
Send us a color copy of one of the following documents:
Passport
Visa
BRP (Biometric Residency Permit)

DBS check and certificate process

DBS (CRB) Annual Enhanced Disclosure Certificate
Due to the nature of work being applied for (with vulnerable adults/children), all agency applicants are required to evidence an Enhanced Criminal Record Check (if they reside in England they will require a DBS.
To uphold your active DBS registration and ensure portability, you have to maintain your DBS update service by logging into your DBS update service registration portal to check payment/bank information is accurate and correct.
If in Scotland they will require a Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) check.
To uphold your active PVG registration, please ensure you have registered your disclosure on the PVG scheme and have added A24 Group as an interested party.
We are required to sight the original documents (physical sighting) and therefore this could be done by either receipt of:
Scanning your original DBS certificate, which we will need to verify via a video call (adjusted check)

We require evidence of Immediate Life Support training completed within the last 12 months. This is a client specific training required in line with your job profile where restrictive interventions may be required

Manual Handling
Manual Handling includes Patient handling including the use of moving aids (equipment).
Our training and qualification records should include as many certificates as possible - the more certificates we have on file, the broader your employment opportunities are.
