Good Friday & Easter Monday Bank Holiday Deadlines
For the upcoming bank holiday period we have made some changes to our timesheet submission deadline and phone call opening hours.
Therefore, please make sure your timesheets arrive at the head office either by post to 92-96 Lind Road, Sutton, SM1 4PL or by email to: wages@a24group.com by the following dates:
Good Friday & Easter Monday 2025
Midday Friday, 11 April for weekending 13 April, to ensure payment on Thursday, 17 April.
Midday Thursday, 17 April for weekending 20 April, to ensure payment on Friday, 25 April.
Due to upcoming bank holidays (as per above), please note following changes to our phone line opening hours:
Our normal phone line opening hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 09:00 to 17:00, Friday 09:00 to 16:00 & closed on Wednesdays.
Please note that the bank holiday hours and rates can be different for each client, we strongly suggest that you double check with your consultant to ensure you are aware when you will be paid bank holiday rate.
