Compliance Manager job description
Oversee the A24Group’s South African agencies' policies and procedures and ensure that it complies with regulatory and ethical standards.
Make sure that the company is conducting its business in full compliance with all laws and regulations, professional standards, accepted business practices, and internal standards. This includes regular audits and checks to ensure that we comply with all client and statutory requirements.
The role is crucial in assisting the organisation to manage and mitigate risk, maintain a positive reputation and avoid claims and other matters that could be deemed detrimental to the company in order to operate.
Responsible for reviewing and drafting responses to official customer enquiries and complaints to ensure that they are in line with our company business objectives.
Ensure that all company business dealings are ethically sound and legally pristine by educating the entire company and instituting practices that will ensure the highest level of compliance.
