Festive Season Bank Holiday Deadlines 2023
Important Bank Holiday Deadlines; 2023 Christmas and 2024 New Year’s Holiday period
Dear Agency Worker,
For the upcoming Christmas and New Year bank holiday periods we have made some changes to our timesheet submission deadline and payroll department phone call opening hours.
Therefore, please make sure your timesheets arrive at the head office either by post to 92-96 Lind Road, Sutton, SM1 4PL or by email to: wages@a24group.com by the following dates and times:
Christmas timesheet submission deadline
Midday Thursday, 21 December, for weekending 24/12/2023 to ensure payment on Friday, 29 December 2023.
New Year period timesheet submission deadline
Midday Friday, 29 December, for weekending 31/12/2023 to ensure payment on Friday, 5 January 2024.
We will be back to the normal deadline (Monday midday) from weekending 07/01/2024.

We will be back to normal opening hours from Thursday, 4 January 2024 (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 09:00 to 17:00, Friday 09:00 to 16:00 and closed on Wednesday).
Please note that the bank holiday hours and rates can be different for each client, we strongly suggest that you double check with your consultant to ensure you are aware when you will be paid the bank holiday rate.
