New regulations introduced in 2017

A new regulation based on the Equality Act 2010 - Gender Pay Gap Information, was introduced in 2017. The regulation requires that an employer for the non-public sector, with more than 250 employees and agency workers, must conduct a yearly report on the 5th of April, that indicates statistics that measure the pay of men vs women. The aim of this new regulation is to reduce the Gender Pay Gap.
